This is why NeoGroupe proposes trainings on its software solutions directly on the customers' sites, based on specific user manuals.
Moreover, NeoGroupe usually writes simplified user manuals in order to ease later integration of new employees to the system usage.
We can help you create a comprehensive training plan, manage your talent, and enable users leading learning software. These trainings are private events which are customized to your requirements, flexible, targeted and thus maximize their efficiency.
Differents training sessions are organized relative to the different users and their respective tasks within the system. Indeed not all users need to know all functions and areas of the product.
Trainings time depend on the NeoGroupe's solution and on the number of trainees. These sessions generally have an average of 2 to 4 days.
