NeoGroupes offers a product warranty of one year after purchase, including support and technical assistance. It can be extended the following years, at the client's choice.

The original purchase and following yearly renewals include the delivery of the current version of the product, and also any future updates within the period covered by the warranty and renewal, even major revisions.

This includes telephone assistance to perform the initial installation of the product and product updates.

The assistance is available on simple phone call from the client.

The Neogroupe technician in charge of the assistance might also offer a remote control session to the Client in order to perform the assistance and maintenance tasks.
