NeoGroupe provides essential support to help you get the best of your solutions, achieve your objectives, and to follow you in the changes and evolution of your company.

This is in this sense that NeoGroupe offers warranty and support: to improve the return from your investment and optimize the value of your solutions.

First, further to one of its solutions purchase, NeoGroupes offers an initial product warranty of one year, including support and technical assistance. These conditions can obviously be renewed the following years, if the client chooses to sign the support renewal proposal.

The original purchase and following yearly renewals include the delivery of the current version of the product, and also any future updates within the period covered by the warranty and renewal, even major revisions.

This includes telephone assistance to install the product and product updates.

Indeed, Neogroupe commits to provide an unlimited telephone assistance on the specified products during the warranty period, in order to ensure the Client a normal operation of the software and data contained therein.

This includes solutions linked to the software usage and particularly:

  • Reindexing
  • Database backups
  • Software usage questions
  • Existing interfaces parametering (to other party software)
  • Software access problems

The assistance is available on simple phone call from the client. A neogroupe technician will answer within 8 working hours maximum.

The Neogroupe technician in charge of the assistance might also offer a remote control session to the Client in order to perform the assistance and maintenance tasks.
